Founder Teresa Anderson's approach is shaped by real-world experience with working dogs.

 

What began as a side experience quickly grew into a deep commitment to understanding canine behavior, nutrition, and training.  

As she worked hands-on with more dogs and families, Teresa noticed a consistent challenge—many owners lacked access to reliable, ethical, and results-driven training they could truly trust.

She trains alongside her German Shepherd, Basilone, a DDR Working Line GSD, in scent-discrimination trailing and narcotics detection under the mentorship of Elevation K9. This hands-on work deepens her understanding of drive, obedience, and purposeful partnership, allowing her to bring clarity and confidence to every training program.​

 

The mission is clear: to help owners build strong, lasting relationships with their dogs through compassionate, structured training tailored to each dog’s needs

Beyond dog training, Teresa proudly serves in the United States Navy as a Nuclear Surface Warfare Officer. The discipline, leadership, and accountability required in her military career are the same principles she brings to every client interaction—clear communication, consistency, and results you can rely on.
